Competenze

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Development Manager ou similaire.
  • Succès prouvé en ventes et développement commercial axé sur la croissance des clients.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication en italien et anglais (niveau B2 minimum).

Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding Retex’s clientele by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals.

The Role You Will Play :

  • Strategic Vision : Drive Retex’s growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities from potential clients. Position Retex as a key partner in marketing and communication, fostering opportunities across our offerings.
  • Industry Expertise : Analyze specific industries and attract relevant prospects. Conduct research, monitoring, and audits in coordination with relevant directors to ensure Retex remains industry-leading and delivers tailored solutions.
  • Client-Centric Approach : Promote our products and services by addressing or anticipating client objectives. Develop value propositions based on client needs using a consultative, systemic, and multidisciplinary approach. Building rapport and collaboration are key to success.
  • Sales Excellence : Develop sales strategies for prospects, identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities related to new services / products. Use negotiation skills and commercial awareness to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Project Management : Oversee marketing and communication projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion. Participate in RFPs and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client satisfaction.

Requirements

While you may not have all these, we believe you will excel with these characteristics :

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar, preferably with a background in Marketing & Communications. Experience in sectors like Consumer & Hard Goods, Health & Pharma, Telco & Utilities, Travel & Services is a plus.
  • Proven success in sales and business development, with a focus on client growth. Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills in Italian and English (at least B2 proficiency).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to build rapport and collaborate effectively within the company and externally.
