Business Development & Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Manager to join our Robotics & Discrete Automation business. You will contribute to local division strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments, and/or product solutions.

Responsibilities
  1. Define customer needs for the portfolio, securing customer advantages and benefits, as well as white spot analysis and connected strategies to penetrate the market. Develop and implement business strategies for newly defined areas in alignment with the division.
  2. Provide market intelligence support for the identification and development of new markets, key customer segments, or solutions.
  3. Identify, guide, or contribute to the identification and acquisition of opportunities to expand into newly defined areas. Collaborate with internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency, and effectiveness in implementing the commercial strategy.
  4. Coordinate product marketing launch development plans. Ensure achievement of budget (volumes) and profitable growth targets.
  5. Develop digital marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, tracking supply and demand changes, identifying customer needs, and monitoring competitors.
  6. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs); identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance accordingly.
  7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests; evaluate customer experience across channels; identify critical conversion and drop-off points; optimize user funnels.
Qualifications
  1. A degree in Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with deep expertise in digital marketing, digital products and services, campaign organization, planning, management, KPIs, and reporting across channels.
  3. Proven experience in planning and executing marketing and digital campaigns in a multi-channel environment.
  4. Sound knowledge of the automation or robotics market.
  5. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment at different levels.
  7. Teamwork, customer orientation, and proactive approach.
