We are seeking to appoint a Business Development Coordinator. You will support our international sales team to sustain and grow our global customer base. This is a fast-paced and demanding role.
- Provide commercial support to a global sales team throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt responses to market and customer requirements.
- Work with the sales team to assess ongoing sales performance.
- Drive clarity around the sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities on Salesforce are up to date.
- Prepare quotations, Requests for Proposals, and assist with tenders and Requests for Information.
- Collaborate with Technical Sales Support and Business Development teams to ensure fast and accurate quoting.
- Lead on supplier pre-qualifications and certifications.
- Review Purchase Orders for accuracy and completeness before forwarding to the Order Fulfilment team.
- Support the development of customer documentation and market development initiatives.
- Research market trends and identify potential target customers.
- Coordinate customer visits to HQ, including logistics and agenda planning.
- Develop and implement processes to improve internal and external business operations.
- Represent the company positively to maintain and enhance our reputation with customers and partners.
What You Will Need to Succeed

- Be personable, culturally aware, and able to work across languages.
- Ability to travel internationally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Languages, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Italian, and a European language.
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Desirable Skills
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Willingness to work extra hours and occasionally on weekends.
