BD & Key Account Manager - Italy Sellers operations
Alibaba is looking for a local Chinese BD & Key Account Manager to manage our Italy sellers operations.
Main Responsibilities :
- Business expansion : Prospect new local Chinese business leads and onboard new strategic accounts in Italy.
- Selection strategy and cost-reduction operations : Analyze market demand for FMCG, forecast sales volume before negotiating price / stock with key accounts, and continuously improve the fulfillment cost efficiency in collaboration with the logistics department.
- Promotion operations : Collaborate with internal / external campaign teams to drive visibility and push sales of managed accounts through participation in promotions, SEO, and external traffic attraction.
Job Requirements :
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field (MBA is a plus), fluent in Chinese, Italian, and English for business communications.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business development or Key Account management within an e-commerce company.
- Experience in building commercial relationships and negotiating with suppliers.
- Results-driven with proven sales achievements.
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal), teamwork spirit, resilience, startup mindset, and ability to thrive in dynamic, changing environments.
- Well-structured, meticulous, ambitious, and committed to high standards.
