A leading telecommunications application is seeking a Field Sales Manager to grow turnover in Italy, focusing on community engagement and market analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing, excellent negotiation skills, and an understanding of diaspora consumption habits. Proficiency in English and French is required, with additional African language skills considered a plus. The role allows for remote work from Palermo or Catania.

Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card.
It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€, and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in +160 countries.
Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan…
These offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks: telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, convenience stores, etc.
Beyond distributing Libon offers, there is a need to better communicate, animate, and federate the communities around the application.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The role focuses on growing Libon’s turnover in Italy through field actions, adjusting offers and promotions for physical distribution, and engaging communities of sellers and buyers around the app.
In B2B, at points of sale selling our Scratchcards / Epins.
In B2C, through direct interaction with app users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.).
