Description

We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in Sales within a scaling organization. Currently working remotely, we will ensure you are connected and supported throughout. You should be able to think outside the box, work independently, and be well-organized. If you are curious, creative, fearless, and a natural people-person skilled at building connections, we want to hear from you!

What will you do?
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.
  • Prospect, identify, initiate, develop, and nurture business relationships and opportunities in target accounts to generate new business.
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g., contacts, emails, strategic calling).
  • Target potential customers seeking DDI / Security solutions or looking to replace existing solutions.
  • Perform outbound calls and other communications (e.g., email) to prospect new opportunities.
  • Identify decision-makers, assess buying readiness and timelines.
  • Capture and manage data / metrics in Zoho CRM.
  • Plan and execute mini campaigns within your assigned region.
  • Book meetings aligned with targets.
Qualifications
  • University Bachelor's degree.
  • Located in the Milan or Rome area (home office possible).
  • 1-2 years of prospecting experience, preferably in technology / IT Security.
  • Ability to meet monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • CRM experience, especially Zoho, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Understanding customer needs and closing sales effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
