This position involves identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and delivering effective sales strategies in the renewable energy sector. Candidates should possess a strong background in sales, ideally in solar or battery industries, along with excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

How It All Started

In 2017, a multidisciplinary team of engineers, with vast experience and expertise in the battery industry, formed EcoFlow. United in the belief that access to power is a fundamental human right, the group began developing solutions to relieve global populations from power insecurity. Today, as an eco-friendly energy solutions company, EcoFlow leads the way with industry-defining portable power stations, solar technology, the world’s first portable home battery with an expandable ecosystem, and various smart devices.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow product sales and implement business development initiatives to expand sales channels.
  • Analyze industrial development, identify prospects, and evaluate their industry position to define sales options for EcoFlow.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market.
  • Responsible for Italy offline sales events, attending exhibitions, and conducting business forums.
  • Plan and deliver sales and marketing activities in collaboration with other departments to capture business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

At least 3+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy (solar/battery) industry.

Previous track record and a strong network with key solar distributors/installers are desired.

Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to empathize with others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
