Job Description:

Context: Our client is a fast-growing French startup offering innovative digital solutions that enable wine professionals to manage every step of the production process in real time, significantly reducing energy consumption. Following a major fundraising round and continued growth, we are seeking a Business Developer - Northeastern Italy F/M.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting (85%): Identify opportunities, contact qualified leads, meet potential clients to generate new business, manage follow-ups through to closing, and client retention.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Serve as the key contact in your area, handle deliveries and equipment installations as needed, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Reporting and Activity Tracking: Report daily activities, update your pipeline in the CRM, measure KPIs, and assist with payment tracking.
  • Events: Participate occasionally in events and trade shows.

About you: You have at least 2 years of experience in selling high-value products, preferably in B2B. You have a strong interest in wine and new technologies. Known for autonomy, high energy, resilience, and enthusiasm. You excel in customer focus and collaborating with technical and after-sales teams. Fluent or native in Italian and English; French is a plus.
