Job Description

Pixartprinting is a leading online provider of customized printing services including catalogs, magazines, packaging, fabric prints, and more. Our success is driven by our passionate team of 1200 employees who manage over 15,000 orders daily, offering high-quality, personalized services to support our clients' communication projects across various industries.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Developer to expand our Labels & Packaging division, focusing on the cosmetics market. The role involves developing new business opportunities with high-potential clients and recurring needs, contributing to the growth of a strategic and high-value segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of clients within the Labels & Packaging segment through regular visits and relationship building.
• Proactively identify new target clients aligned with our printing solutions.
• Assist clients in product selection, defining specifications, and negotiating deals.
• Coordinate operational activities for the structured and progressive implementation of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Pricing, Product, Finance) to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor results, maintain client satisfaction, and achieve commercial objectives.
• Participate in ongoing product training programs.

Requirements

• Experience in new business development, preferably in technical or Labels & Packaging sectors.
• Strong motivation to quickly learn complex technical products.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and customer metrics.
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills.

• Good knowledge of English.
• Direct experience in the technical products, labels, or packaging markets.
