Business Developer Italian Market (M / F / D)

Dataventure, founded in 2023 from the merger of Groupe Cardata and Adventure Conseil, specializes in digital data acquisition and performance marketing. With 20 years of combined experience serving prestigious clients across Europe, Dataventure helps advertisers maximize their growth potential. We are a trusted partner, combining expert support and proprietary technologies to ensure success in Data and Performance strategies, Local Marketing, and PRM / CRM.

We work closely with clients to understand their business and KPIs, developing customized strategies to achieve goals such as Lead Generation, Drive-to-Web, and Drive-to-Store.

We are seeking a Business Developer for the Italian market as part of our ambitious international growth plan.

Role and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop your client portfolio (advertisers and media agencies) within the Italian market.
  2. Research potential clients via email, phone, and professional social networks.
  3. Assess client needs and develop commercial proposals with a consultancy approach for long-term collaboration.
  4. Negotiate and close sales.
  5. Work closely with the broadcasting team to implement, optimize, and monitor client campaigns.
  6. Build and maintain high-quality communication with your clients.
  7. Manage incoming leads from the website and targeted campaigns.
  8. Participate in trade shows and events.
Profile:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Developer in digital marketing.
  • An immediate, exploitable client portfolio is a significant PLUS.
  • Experience in Email Marketing, Co-registration, SMS Marketing.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Curious and motivated, with a strong team spirit.
  • Fluent Italian (C1/C2) and English; Spanish and/or French is a PLUS.
  • Based in Milan is a significant PLUS.

Contract: Permanent, with a fixed salary plus uncapped variable component, commensurate with experience.
