TheFork Gift Card is a new Business Unit, launched in 2021. Our ambition is for TheFork Gift Card to be the most sought-after way to offer experiences around sharing and gastronomy. Our new gift card solution has been launched in TheFork's 3 main markets : Italy, France and Spain, and we're looking to establish our presence as a leading player in these 3 countries, but also to expand further. We need ambitious and motivated people to join the team and drive our growth and increase gift card sales.

As a member of the team, you will report to the central sales organization. The mission of the sales team is to acquire new customers on the B2B side, and to maintain and develop the existing portfolio in order to take our new gift card business to the next level!

What you will do :

Prospect for new B2B customers from HR and sales / marketing departments

Maintain and follow up B2B customer portfolio (partners, direct B2B, etc.)

Handle and respond to day-to-day customer requests by e-mail or telephone.

Produce quotations and offers, and follow up and follow-up.

Ensure compliance with sales policy and verify economic consistency, special orders, correct integration into CRM, pricing policy and company sales conditions.

Update customer data and related business in the CRM.

Find the right events for our business development, then prepare and coordinate them throughout the year.

Present the TheFork gift card at trade shows to develop the lead base.

Guarantee a good commercial relationship when dealing with customer inquiries in conjunction with after-sales service.

Coordinate communication operations in close collaboration with internal Marketing and Communication departments in order to support the team's strategy and objectives, notably on newsletter planning to keep the customer base active and informed of TheFork news.

Report on sales activity on a regular basis to superiors.

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional with experience in business development, preferably in B2B or gift card environments, comfortable managing medium and long-term negotiations.

You're a hunter at heart : prospecting doesn't scare you.

A true team player with excellent communication skills, humble and eager to learn.

A customer-oriented person with strong commercial spirit and influencing skills, able to convince and engage people.

A self-starter, results-oriented, who likes to meet and exceed targets.

A dynamic person, accustomed to working independently in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational skills.

Mothertoungue level of Spanish.

Fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
