PLEASE NOTE: This position is fully remote within Italy (Milan) and is on a contract basis.

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Business Developer will be:
  1. Proactively reach out to architects and designers within the high-end residential and hospitality segments through cold calling. Offer comprehensive education and dedicated design support to address their unique requirements.
  2. Lead engaging and informative training CPD courses, both online and through planned visits to locations in France & Italy. This role involves being a knowledgeable ambassador for our cutting-edge solutions.
  3. Drive business growth by executing a strategic approach to business development. This includes initiating cold calls, delivering impactful presentations, skillfully negotiating terms, and successfully closing deals with prestigious hotel, restaurant, and corporate groups.
  4. Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline using our CRM system, meticulously tracking progress against budgetary targets. This ensures a clear overview of sales performance and guides decision-making.
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
  1. Language proficiency: Fluent in English, Italian, and French, both written and spoken, allowing seamless communication in all languages.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Manager (BDM) role, with a proven track record of successful cold calling and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  3. Residence in or near Milan, facilitating easy access to our operational hub.
  4. Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences including architects, designers, and high-end clientele.
  5. Strong planning abilities to approach tasks strategically, ensuring optimal outcomes and resource utilization.
  6. A process-oriented approach, demonstrating a preference for structured workflows.
  7. An eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all work aspects.
