Competenze

Ascendia is a performance marketing agency specializing in Lead Generation with a Pay Per Lead (PPL) model. We help companies scale by delivering highly qualified, sales-ready leads using advanced media buying strategies across platforms.

Our business model allows partners to pay only for results—real leads, no wasted spend.

We’re now looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Developer & Account Manager to help expand our PPL business across both Italian and international markets.

About the Job

As a Business Developer & Account Manager at Ascendia, you will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, developing partnerships with brands, agencies and affiliates and leading end-to-end negotiations with decision-makers.

You will be managing both inbound and outbound sales efforts, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth onboarding and campaign launches. A solid understanding of lead generation, cost-per-lead pricing models, and direct response marketing is essential.

This is a highly strategic role that offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the company’s revenue growth—while building a long-term career in the booming performance marketing industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients in target markets (Italy, Spain, LATAM, USA).
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and qualification to pitching, negotiation and closing.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing accounts post-sale and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Negotiate CPL rates, volume forecasts and KPIs with clarity and confidence.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, advertising platforms and industry benchmarks.

You...

  • Have 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, affiliate marketing or ad sales.
  • Are a natural closer with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Have experience selling to marketing and sales executives (decision makers).
  • Speak fluent Italian and have professional proficiency in English and/or Spanish (big plus).
  • Are results-driven, organized, and entrepreneurial in your approach to business.
  • Have a strong understanding of PPL models, CRM integrations and funnel optimization (preferred).
