Un importante fornitore europeo di soluzioni IT è alla ricerca di un Business Controller per il team Finance. Questo professionista supporterà la gestione nella pianificazione finanziaria e nell'analisi dei risultati. Richiesta esperienza pregressa e fluenti competenze linguistiche in italiano e inglese.

Competenze

• 3-5 anni di esperienza in ruoli simili o nel settore dei Servizi di Trasazione.
• Conoscenza di Ita Gaap e IFRS.
• Fluenza in Italiano e Inglese (C1).

Mansioni

• Eseguire analisi finanziarie per supportare le decisioni.
• Supervisionare il reporting finanziario mensile IFRS.
• Preparare previsioni mensili PL e BS con la direzione locale.

Our customer is a leading European provider of IT business solutions and consists of more than 100 independent business units that deliver products and services to their specific vertical market segments.

For them, we are looking for a Business Controller who will be part of the Finance team and will support the management in managing the financial / economic management and contributing to the realization of the objectives of the BUs.

Main responsibilities:

• Perform (ad hoc) financial analyzes to support decisions and advise management on this;
• Oversee monthly IFRS financial reporting of several BUs;
• Prepare, define and discuss monthly PL and BS forecast with local management of several BUs;
• Define, draw up and implement appropriate management information;
• Achieve incremental improvements and find themes to share new insights and best practices with stakeholders;
• Advising on transactional finance processes and improving working capital;
• Deliver an active contribution to a quick but careful financial integration of acquisitions.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in similar roles or in Transaction Services area;
• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Business economics or Business administration;
• Knowledge of financial / administrative processes;
• Knowledge of Ita Gaap and IFRS is mandatory;
• Fluency in Italian and English (C1);
• Knowledge of business processes in business services, administrative and business processes.

Working location: Rome or Avezzano - Possibility to work remotely (50%)
