Job Responsibilities
  1. Business Partner for the Local Management Team by providing business analysis, identifying problem areas, and suggesting improvement actions and countermeasures.
  2. Support month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including the preparation and analysis of monthly reports for the Headquarter.
  3. Responsible for planning and forecasting processes.
  4. Assist in quoting new products by providing inputs regarding local production costs.
  5. Ensure adherence to IC pricing principles and Transfer Pricing guidelines in line with internal and external standards.
  6. Conduct investment evaluations in coordination with the local Operations Team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in multinational manufacturing companies.
  • Strong communication skills and financial analysis abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, SAP/BI; knowledge of HFM and BOARD is advantageous.
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues into key business drivers.
  • Excellent business acumen and critical thinking skills; capable of providing solutions to business issues, not just financial analysis.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to lead correspondence with Regional and Corporate stakeholders.
