Management Control Team Role

The resource will be part of the management control team and will be responsible for:

1. Preparation of the monthly Reporting Package for the parent company Koerber AG, in accordance with relevant accounting principles;
2. Activities related to the valuation of closing inventories and contract work in progress;
3. Analysis and evaluation of job order costs;
4. Support activities for the preparation of statutory financial statements;
5. Preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections;
6. Analysis of data and deviations between actual figures and forecasts;
7. Control activities related to accounts receivable;
8. Preparation of various reports for the Management Team;
9. Review and harmonization of current processes within the Management Accounting Department;
10. Analysis of current processes to identify improvements and integration with SAP;
11. Collaboration with other departments to support communication and compliance with corporate strategy.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in economics;
• At least 4-5 years of experience in structured and industrial companies that produce by order (mandatory);
• Knowledge of financial statement principles;
• Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and production by order costing;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and business intelligence systems (SAP knowledge is a plus);
• Good command of English, written and spoken;
• Strong goal orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment;
• Accuracy, precision, and attention to detail;
• Teamwork propensity.
