Position: Business Controller

Location: Naples, Italy | Full-Time | On-site

Next Geosolutions is currently seeking a Business Controller to join our team at our Naples office. The selected candidate will support the financial planning and control activities of the company, with a particular focus on project economics, cost monitoring, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse daily operational data and production revenues
• Monitor and evaluate operational costs across projects
• Prepare and deliver weekly reports on project economic performance
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure budget compliance
• Identify areas for cost optimization and propose improvement solutions
• Support the preparation of monthly management financial statements
• Conduct variance analyses to highlight deviations from the budget
• Assist in the analysis and reporting of key company performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree in Economics or a related discipline preferred
• Entry level position
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive, curious, and communicative personality
