Business Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

As Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Business Consultant you participate in the implementation of our CRM-solutions engaging with our international customers.

Responsibilities :

• Carry out business process analysis;
• Design innovative solutions for our customers making their business processes more efficient;
• Evaluate optimization possibilities with a particular focus on sales, marketing, after-sales;
• Organize and hold trainings and customer meetings;
• Support customers during the whole project lifecycle.

Requirements :

• Experience with managing the implementation of IT business solutions (ideally in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment);
• Outstanding analytical skills and conceptual thinking;
• Good team player and highly customer oriented;
• Willingness to travel;
• Excellent German and English language skills for our office in Bolzano; fluency in Italian and English for the Milan office, German language skills will be a plus
