Position: Business Consultant for Sales Force Automation (SFA) – solution

As Business Consultant for our SFA solution, you will participate in international implementation projects within the Würth Group.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer business processes related to Sales & Marketing within the Würth Group;
• Collect business requirements and evaluate optimization possibilities;
• Design innovative solutions to make business processes more efficient;
• Organize and hold training sessions and customer workshops;
• Support customers throughout the project lifecycle;
• Manage accounts and support assigned customers;
• Provide consultancy on new software releases and functionalities.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in consulting and business process optimization;
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills;
• Good team player and highly customer-oriented;
• Willingness to travel;
• Fluency in German, good Italian and English skills;
• Familiarity with wholesale business processes or professional experience in a similar role is an advantage.
