We are looking for a Business Consultant & Customer Success Consultant to support customer onboarding and ongoing success after Go-Live for our AI-driven Planning & Pricing SaaS platform, including AI-based demand forecasting and optimizations. This role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating our technology's value, and providing technical and functional expertise post-sales. The ideal candidate has a background in business consulting, merchandise planning, pricing strategies, BI, or AI-driven analytics, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Our environment is creative and autonomous, with limitless potential for achievement. The role reports to the VP of Customer Success Consulting - BU Planning & Pricing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a portfolio of 5-10 customers
  • Serve as the subject matter expert during onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption
  • Collaborate with solution architects, data science, engineering, and project managers
  • Create detailed business blueprints mapping customer processes onto our solutions
  • Identify and recommend improvements in customer business processes
  • Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements
  • Analyze markdowns and inventory optimizations, understanding AI models and managing customer acceptance
  • Build strategic relationships and develop long-term roadmaps
  • Manage QBRs, user training, change requests, and upgrades
  • Conduct on-site or remote customer visits
  • Coordinate with Customer Support for high satisfaction and conduct surveys (NPS)
  • Monitor and improve customer success processes
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on configurations, incidents, and requests
  • Work with sales teams on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Continuously improve project and service management processes
  • Track all customer-specific efforts accurately

What You Bring

  • Degree in business, management, merchandising, or related field
  • Experience in retail merchandising and consulting, preferably in fashion & lifestyle
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
  • Solution-oriented approach with good communication skills and customer focus
  • Driven, eager to learn, and challenge-ready
  • Comfortable in SaaS environments and hierarchical communication
  • Ability to translate business processes into solution designs and roadmaps
  • Business-fluent English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency with Office and BI tools
  • Willingness to travel occasionally; primarily remote service
  • Enjoy working in a diverse, multinational team
