Trace One in Rome, Italy is seeking a Business Consultant / Business Analyst to translate business needs into practical, scalable PLM and SaaS solutions. You will lead workshops, collaborate with architects, and define requirements that drive solution design and delivery.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, UML modeling skills, fluent Italian and English, and the ability to travel. If you enjoy cross‑functional teamwork, rapid learning, and a dynamic international environment, this is for

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant delivering software solutions.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of and experience in the use software design and modeling tools (e.g. UML).
• Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in PLM and/or Food & Beverage /Chemical environments is a strong plus.
• Professional working proficiency in Italian language.
• Proficient in English, both in written and verbal communication.
• Domestic travel and occasional international travel may be required.
