What will you do?

You will join a team of highly skilled, resourceful, and innovative individuals.

You will help customers build or improve their Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Architecture, or Governance, Risk, and Compliance practices. Your main role will be to guide them in defining methodologies, documenting requirements and goals, and supporting them closely during mapping activities on the HOPEX platform.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business management, computer science / IT, or a related field
  • You're a native Italian speaker and confident in both spoken and written English

Recruitment process

  • 1st Interview with our Internal Recruiter (30 minutes)
  • 2nd Interview with one of our regional Professional Services Consultants (1 hour)
  • 3rd Interview with our regional Professional Services Director (1 hour)
  • A last interview with our VP Sales & CSM (Southern Europe) focused on team fit, mindset, and what drives you (30min)
