Job Description:

The resource must be a highly experienced banking professional with extensive and advanced Credit Risk knowledge, specifically applied to business banking.

ING Italy is seeking a resource to support the launch of the Business Banking proposition from scratch, within the credit risk department, focusing on underwriting, in-life management (ILM) practices, and adherence to regulatory requirements and global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up underwriting and ILM criteria to support the launch of the new BB proposition.
2. Establish credit risk appetite, monitor limit utilization, and ensure adherence to the defined appetite.
3. Monitor the credit risk performance of the portfolio using available tools.
4. Implement and monitor relevant Credit Risk regulations, ensuring local policy compliance with Group and BB Credit Risk policies.
5. Support cRWA and LLP provision implementation based on regulation and global policy.
6. Manage stakeholder relationships at the local level and coordinate with Global Retail Credit Risk.
7. Facilitate key credit risk activities within the department.
8. Collaborate on the preparation of the Top Management information pack.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance, Statistics, or Economics.
2. 7+ years of relevant experience in credit risk within Business Banking, including policies, portfolio analysis, and implementation activities.
3. Experience with LLP and capital calculations in line with regulation and global policy.
4. Knowledge of Credit Risk regulation, interpretation, and implementation.
5. Program and process management skills with experience in reporting to senior stakeholders.
6. Decision Engine credit strategy management is a plus.
7. Fluent in English.
