Business Analyst - Strategic CEO Projects

JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

The candidate will be required to provide support to the Strategic CEO Projects Function across various activities, including C-level presentations and dedicated quantitative analysis, to support the organization and deployment of the company's strategic projects.

The candidate will assist in creating project plans, monitoring and reporting project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, calculating and monitoring KPIs, and creating presentations. They will interface with Business functions to support the achievement of all required activities.

The candidate will also analyze financial reports, market research, and operating procedures to improve business activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support management and control phases of projects
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and prepare dedicated reports
  • Develop presentations for top management
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives
  • Proactively interface with other Business functions and consultants

KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or equivalent
  • Previous experience (e.g., 1-2 years) in the insurance, financial sector, or consultancy is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and interact with stakeholders
  • Proactive approach
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
