Who you are
  • You have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in management consulting or a fast-growing startup.
  • You are organized, can prioritize effectively, and make quick decisions based on your analytical mindset.
  • You enjoy working in a matrix environment, collaborating with marketing, sales, product management, and tech teams.
  • You can transition from strategy to execution seamlessly and are willing to get hands-on.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English.
What you will do
  • Assist the Brand Manager in all business management and growth activities.
  • Understand market trends and customer needs to inform actions.
  • Create omnichannel brand campaigns and monitor KPIs.
  • Analyze and optimize business metrics, including conversions and AOV.
  • Contribute to developing tactical and strategic roadmaps for scaling the business.
  • Collaborate with central teams to leverage their expertise.
