Job Opportunity: Business Analyst

Experis is looking for a Business Analyst with specific expertise in ServiceNow for an important client.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze activities involved and evaluate overall workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business requirements and specific needs, achieving desired business objectives.
• Guide clients with precise instructions for all digitalization initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, aiming to expand platform usage and increase return on investment.
• Understand and analyze project team processes.
• Gather and analyze requirements, collaborate with technical teams to design desired solutions.
• Assist in pre-sales activities to define project scope, services, and final results.
• Draft documentation and perform system functional testing.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with ServiceNow solutions.
• Good communication skills, able to liaise with technical and business stakeholders, including clients.
• Experience in complex organizational environments.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow and its functionalities.
• Experience in documentation, including acceptance criteria and translating them for technical implementation.
• Experience in consulting within complex organizations.
• Proven knowledge of ITIL or other process best practices (e.g., Six Sigma, COBIT).
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Expertise in process improvement and ServiceNow implementation, including non-IT processes.
• Experience in designing and implementing customized applications.

Nice to Have:

• CSA Certification
• ITIL Certification (or similar)
• CIS Certification in one or more modules
