B&A Consulting Srl cerca un Business Analyst esperto per un progetto internazionale nel campo della gestione dei dati aziendali. I candidati ideali devono avere almeno 3 anni di esperienza, con competenze in analisi finanziaria e capacità di lavorare in ambienti internazionali. La posizione offre un contratto a tempo pieno, lavoro completamente remoto e stipendi competitivi.

Competenze

  • Minimo 3 anni di esperienza come Business Analyst o ruoli simili.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle operazioni di mercato (fusioni, acquisizioni, IPO).
  • Esperienza in contesti internazionali.

Job Opportunity: Business Analyst for International Project

We are a Software House and Media Agency dedicated to providing innovative ICT & Digital Strategy solutions to companies. Our environment is young and informal, valuing teamwork, personal contribution, and proactivity. Technology and experimentation are at the core of our culture.

For an international project in the field of corporate data management, we are seeking to hire 1 Business Analyst with the following profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expected start date: February 3rd.
  • Work mainly in remote mode, with initial travel days to the client’s headquarters in Monaco di Baviera for briefing.

The selected candidate will be part of a dedicated team and will primarily be responsible for:

  • Analyzing the company's lifecycle and identifying key market operations influencing its evolution.
  • Collaborating with internal and client teams to identify and implement strategic and operational solutions.
  • Supporting the client in understanding and analyzing corporate finance operations.
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication with international stakeholders.
  • Actively participating in bi-weekly Agile sprints.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst or similar roles.
  • Deep understanding of the corporate lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with major market operations (mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, etc.).
  • Strong skills in corporate finance.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience working in international contexts.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with structured project management methodologies.
  • Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
  • Teamwork orientation, proactivity, and effective communication skills.

We offer:

  • Contract: Full-time, indefinite CCNL Commercio, 8 hours/day, with a gross annual salary ranging from €34,000 to €36,000, based on experience. Collaboration via P.IVA is also considered.
  • Work location: Some initial travel days to Monaco di Baviera.
  • Work mode: Fully remote.
  • Start date: February 3rd, 2025.
