You will have the opportunity to work with international insurance companies, combining technical skills, proven consulting abilities, and sector knowledge to help solve their most complex problems.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in technology-enabled transformation projects aimed at enhancing the performance of insurance companies by improving business and IT processes.
• Manage workshops with senior stakeholders to discuss target business processes and desired technological/digital solutions.
• Create functional documentation, including functional analysis, business process workflows, and technical design.

Candidate Profile:

• Understanding of the insurance market, specifically the Property & Casualty branch.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and drafting functional analyses.
• Good awareness of current trends in the insurance market and their potential impact on key sector players.
• Proven experience in large-scale technology projects for insurance companies.
• Experience with software applications for managing insurance processes.
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in a second language, preferably French or German.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Location: Milan, hybrid mode.
