Ion Group cerca neolaureati per il Graduate Development Program: un percorso di tre anni con contratto a tempo indeterminato a livello internazionale, basato in Italia. Fin dal giorno 1 lavorerai su progetti reali legati a trading, automazione dei workflow e BI, affiancato da professionisti senior.

Qualifications

• Laurea magistrale in un campo STEM conseguita entro l’ultimo anno o in corso.
• Inglese scritto e parlato livello B2 o superiore.
• Eccellenti capacità di collaborazione e lavoro in team.
• Residenza in Italia o disponibilità a trasferirsi; permesso UE per cittadini non UE.

Responsibilities

• Analizzare processi e flussi di lavoro per identificare inefficienze e opportunità di automazione.
• Supportare l’elaborazione dati e contribuire a iniziative di BI.
• Collaborare con product, development e operations per consegnare soluzioni end-to-end.
• Presentare risultati, raccogliere feedback e iterare basandosi su dati reali.

What You'll Do

Across phases, you will support different stages of the product lifecycle, gaining exposure to trading and workflow automation solutions, data processing, and business intelligence. Your work will include:

• Analyzing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Supporting data processing and contributing to business intelligence initiatives
• Collaborating with product, development, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Presenting findings, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real-world data

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in a STEM field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record
• Written and spoken English at B2 level or above
• Strong collaboration and teamworking skills
• Based in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit

Gross Salary Range

• 34.000 - 38.000 EUR
