Job summary

CRIF, a global credit bureau and information solutions provider, is seeking a Business Analyst Level to join the Local Competence center supporting the Italian market.

You will drive functional analysis, design and testing, coordinate with sales, consultancy and tech teams, and contribute to new solutions. The role is based in Milan with opportunities for international exchanges and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific field, management engineering or economics/equivalent professional experience.
• Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases; XML language a plus.
• Knowledge of NoSQL (e.g., graph databases); AI projects a plus.
• At least 4/5 years working experience in managing projects in structured contexts or in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Managing the functional analysis process and planning: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation.
• Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting.
• Managing the project delivery and training to users.
• Participating in internal teams to develop new solutions or integrated solutions with clients and other units.
• Liaising with Consultancy and Global Technologies for the definition of project requirements.
• Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Consulting areas when required.
• Increasing knowledge about business processes, solutions and information managed within the area.

BUSINESS ANALYST LEVEL

The role will be assigned to the Business Unit Product Management Bi Finance & Other Industries. The applicant will be focused on participating to various projects and solutions within the Local Competence center, supporting Italian Market.

Requirements

• Degree in scientific field, Management engineering or economics/equivalent professional experience
• Good functional analysis skills and testing procedures
• Good knowledge ofMSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Good Knowledge ofSQL and relational databases is a plus, as well as XML language
• Knowledge of NoSQL (e.G., graph databases) and previous experience working on AI projects will be considered a plus
• At least 4/ 5 years working experience in managing projects in structured contexts or in a similar position

What You Are Going To Do

• Managing the functional analysis process and planning: requirements gathering and feasibility analysis, functional design and drafting of project documentation: SRS (Software Requirements Specification) following CRIF projects’ standards, planning time and cost to enable new implementations or customizations
• Planning, defining and performing test cases, documents drafting
• Managing the project delivery and training to users
• Participating in internal teams to develop new solutions or integrated solutions based on synergies and proactive relationships with the client and other business units
• Liaising with Consultancy and Global Technologies for the definition of project requirements
• Managing pre-sales phase supporting Sales/Consulting areas when required
• Increasing knowledge about business processes, solutions and information managed within the area

What we offer

The Annual Salary for this position starts from € 28.000 gross per year. The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector. The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the assessment of the candidate’s profile against the role requirements
