WHAT TO EXPECT

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the banking sector and knowledge of the payments domain. The candidate will join a team supporting our banking clients in their transformation initiatives, focusing on international and cross-border payments.

• Analyze business requirements and ensure they align with client needs
• Drive solution definition, ensuring coverage of business, application, and operational processes
• Design necessary application capabilities and translate them into functional specifications
• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation
• Ensure delivery quality by designing and executing tests

MAIN SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• At least 1 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the ISO20022 standard, focusing on pain, pacs, and camt MX messages and related business processes
• Familiarity with payment systems, processes, clearing, and settlement
• Knowledge of SWIFT, Target2, SEPA, and Correspondent Banking
• Experience with activity diagrams, swim lane diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use cases.
• Understanding of data modeling and data structures
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Team player with strong collaboration skills
