The Business Analyst supports release, track, and project management activities to fulfill both internal and external customers’ needs on business initiatives. Working closely with different stakeholders, the role is responsible to receive and analyze new business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluation of new business requirements;
  • Perform gap analysis and suggest solutions;
  • Maintain documents in SharePoint to track procedures, workflows and operational documentation;
  • Manage the communication with the stakeholders during the different development phases;
  • Identify and document issues, risks and related mitigating actions, escalating when required;
  • Support release and project during the go live activities and also after go live;
  • Internal Knowledge Transfer
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests;
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Experience with processes related to project implementation (delivery);
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
  • Willingness to tackle complex and challenging tasks;

Qualifications

  • Degree in Management Engineering or Economic
  • Experience in the health sector;
  • Experience with Logistic and Procurement processes;
  • Professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English;
  • Other languages will be positively evaluated

Availability to travel in different countries (especially EUROPE, LATAM, ASIA and possibility in MEA)
