A leading company is looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Commerce to join its team. This long-term remote opportunity involves collaborating closely with clients to define requirements and ensure that systems meet business objectives. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years' experience, possess relevant Microsoft certifications, and strong communication skills, particularly in the retail domain.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Commerce (Retail)

Join our team in Switzerland. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative in the retail domain, leveraging the power of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with clients to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities, with a focus on the Commerce module.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce / Retail). Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required. Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of retail processes and Commerce module functionalities. Fluent German is a strong plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.

Nice to Have: Previous experience working in multinational or distributed teams. Understanding of integration points between Dynamics 365 modules. Experience supporting digital retail transformation initiatives.

Location: Switzerland. Start Date: Q4 2025 / Q1 2026. Type of job: Remote, with occasional travel as needed.
