A leading financial services company in Milano is seeking a professional to elicit and document business requirements for development projects. This role involves collaborating closely with the PMO and development teams while ensuring effective communication and documentation of complex information. Ideal candidates will have experience with EMS/OMS systems and possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills.

Key Accountabilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document Business Requirements for development projects, testing, and implementation.
• Collaborate closely with PMO, Development, and QA teams to support development and testing activities during project phases.
• Coordinate with commercial teams on third-party sales, including preparing responses to RFPs, conducting Market Design Studies, and providing product support.
• Communicate and integrate complex information related to IT solutions effectively.
• Produce specific functional documentation and designs, such as specifications, user guides, and reports for ITS exchange products.

• Experience with EMS/OMS systems interfacing with trading venues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for documenting complex business requirements clearly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in client-facing projects.
