This role involves working closely with clients to define requirements for a major transformation in the retail sector. Strong communication skills, fluency in German, and relevant Microsoft certifications are essential. The position is remote with occasional travel, aimed at supporting digital retail initiatives in a collaborative environment.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Commerce (Retail)

Join our team in Switzerland. This is a long-term opportunity to contribute to a major transformation initiative in the retail domain, leveraging the power of the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem. The role involves close collaboration with clients to gather and define requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and system capabilities, with a focus on the Commerce module.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce / Retail). Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required. Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of retail processes and Commerce module functionalities. Fluency in German is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem is a plus.

Nice to Have :

• Previous experience working in multinational or distributed teams.
• Understanding of integration points between Dynamics 365 modules.
• Experience supporting digital retail transformation initiatives.
