Founded by the former Global CMO of Rocket Internet and Chief Growth Officer of HelloFresh US, we bring deep executional expertise across digital marketing, measurement, and organizational design. We work with companies operating at $50M–$500M+ in annual revenue, with current engagements spanning the US, UK, France, Germany, and the Netherlands across sectors including E-commerce, DTC, Food, Beauty, and Travel.

What You'll Do As a Business Analyst, you will be a core contributor to client workstreams, supporting diagnostic assessments of growth performance and marketing effectiveness. You will work directly with the Managing Partner and a network of top-tier specialists to deliver insights that drive actionable change for clients. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting structured diagnostics across digital channels including paid search, paid social, CRM, SEO, and CRO
  • Analyzing performance data, identifying inefficiencies, and synthesizing improvement levers
  • Supporting the development of strategy documents, insights memos, and executive-ready presentations
  • Conducting market and competitive research to inform client recommendations
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders across engagements
  • Building and maintaining internal tools and benchmarking frameworks

What You'll Bring We look for individuals who combine analytical sharpness with strong communication and a practical mindset. You should thrive in environments that require autonomy, intellectual rigor, and comfort with ambiguity. Preferred qualifications :

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, analytics, or growth / performance marketing
  • Academic excellence in quantitative disciplines such as mathematics, statistics, economics, or engineering
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely in English
  • Self-starter mentality and experience working independently in a remote environment
