• You use your analytical skills to create demand and production plans that truly make a difference. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, TACT experts, and external partners to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
• You drive process automation with tools like Power BI and other advanced platforms, simplifying workflows, improving collaboration between sales and operations, and automating processes to boost efficiency.
• You will optimize costs, handle challenges, and be the go-to person for implementing cost-effective supply solutions and managing budgets smartly. You will also design KPIs to track performance and minimize deviations, and own plant planning and execution of plant shutdowns.
• Your expertise will help ensure smooth coordination across teams and capture key lessons to improve in the future.
• You will be at the heart of innovation, building sourcing strategies, managing intercompany relationships, and identifying opportunities with third-party partners.
• Your work will help drive efficiency, reduce costs, and further strengthen [company name]’s global leadership in industrial gases.

• You hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, complemented with Supply Chain education.
• You bring at least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, ideally within the industrial sector, with proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools.
• You have a proven ability to lead business transformations, manage change effectively, and drive impactful projects with commercial acumen and strong execution under pressure.
• Your communication and influence skills are key for presentations, negotiations, and conflict resolution, with a knack for working seamlessly across all organizational levels.
• You possess a deep understanding of business-to-business product marketing, coupled with financial skills and analytics to articulate investment value drivers.
• You have the technical and analytical competence to understand technical challenges, analyze complex scenarios, and optimize decisions with a focus on cost-saving and value creation.

This is a full-time position with an unlimited contract. Standard weekly working hours are from 08:30 to 17:30.
