What you will enjoy doing

• You will lead the S
• TACT process, with one session per productand BU per quarter, aligning all the inputs with local sales, production andtransport and agreeing the resulting productivity initiatives with the BUs, calculations are made based on cost avoidance and savings are reported based oncost savings
• Your active participation in the development of the Fully Automated Supply Chain by upgrading the TACT constellation (S

• You also will steer the Strategic Review sessions, using all thepower of Linde marketing intelligence systems, guiding the expected behaviorsfrom Linde considering competitors’ reactions for the Power Zones and Sub-PowerZones, integrating the Next Best Option information and identifying improvementactions that are later on tracked upon completion
• You will perform ad-hoc analysis to calculate the impact ofbuilding new production sites, stopping existing plants, signing new wholesalecontracts, gaining or losing customers
• Moreover, you should align between BUs or RBUs on the X-Border supplyinteraction, avoiding that local interests lead to an inefficient supply thatprotects local P&Ls versus Linde global interest
• You also will actively participate in the processes of digitization and task automation, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation
• As well you can effectively collect, interpret, and use data, driving digital transformation

What makes you great

• You own a university degree in Industrial Engineering or Finance and complemented with Supply Chain education
• Further, you bring 5 years of experience in financial or businessenvironments, ideally in operations and / or the industrial sector
• Your oral and written communication skills inEnglish are excellent and manage other European local languages
• Are you able to trackrecord to show abilityto analyse procurement data, quantify economic impacts, manage budgets, andensure accurate cost allocation to support informed decision-making with visibleleadership through technical competence
• You are aware about production and distribution processes including production cost components and logistic distributionbottlenecks and handle software application and have reporting skills with proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools
• Your ability in convincing communication and interpersonal skills are key to interfaceeffectively with various groups such as sales, FICO, ROC, scheduling ordistribution
• You adapt to new tools and technologies with ease
• Also, you can collect, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08 : 00 hrs till 17 : 00 hrs.
