Built-in Marketing Manager

You will lead the local marketing strategy and execution for our built-in appliances business in the Italian market. This role requires strong expertise in multichannel marketing, deep industry knowledge, and the ability to translate global strategies into impactful local actions.

WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT

  1. Develop and adapt product storytelling and key visuals in line with brand and BU strategy.
  2. Manage the local marketing budget (APMS and Moving Plan), ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  3. Lead consumer promotion plans across channels (KRT, CE, KM), including ROI evaluation and performance tracking.
  4. Coordinate the implementation of global campaigns in cooperation with HQ marketing.
  5. Oversee in-store marketing (ISM) for all channels: KRT (Kitchen Retailers), CE (Consumer Electronics), KM (Kitchen Manufacturers).
  6. Drive POP material development, from concept to production, with support from external vendors.
  7. Lead channel marketing and retail media activation, customizing initiatives per channel partner and audience.
  8. Work cross-functionally with PR and social media teams at BU level to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  9. Activate sponsorships and partnerships at the national level.
  10. Support ATL campaign deployment (TV, print, digital), collaborating with media and creative agencies.

Must-have qualifications & skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding and solid experience in the built-in channel ecosystem: KRT (Kitchen Retailers), CE (Consumer Electronics Retailers), KM (Kitchen Manufacturers).
  • Solid background in trade and consumer marketing, including ATL / BTL, promotions, and POS activation.
  • Proven experience managing budgets, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a balance between strategic thinking and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Management.
  • Fluent Italian (for non-native speakers) and full professional proficiency in English.
