About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor – Building Surveyor (Electrical Bias) to join our overseas projects team for a prestigious renovation project in Costa Rica.
You'll be a key part of our site team, coordinating building works, site protection, making good and decoration tasks alongside electrical and structural works. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain high-profile international experience in a unique and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site-based building works, focusing on attendance, making good and finishing works
Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain thorough records
Attend and participate in site meetings with subcontractors and the client
Inspect materials and approve them prior to installation
Use our digital tools (Zoho ERP, White Helmet) for reporting and communications
Oversee the preparation of As-Built drawings and O&M manuals
Ensure works are completed on time, within scope, and to high standards
Collaborate closely with the Site Manager, Project Director, and wider project team
About You:
Proven experience (university/PM route) or extensive(technical/experience route)
Background in Building Surveying, Construction, or similar
Familiar with UK construction standards (Health & Safety, CDM, Electrical Regs)
Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project (Zoho ERP and White Helmet training provided)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Fluent English (Spanish a plus but not required – bilingual support available)
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively under pressure
Strong leadership, attention to detail, and results-driven approach
Open to graduates seeking international site experience
