The Segment Marketing Specialist collaborates actively with local sales and marketing teams to develop business strategies for supported industry segments. They define segment marketing strategies, target audiences, and develop and execute marketing plans to support long-term business goals and meet marketing and sales targets annually.
They analyze market data, conduct competitor analyses (e.g., win-loss analysis), and review country volumes and market share.
The role includes managing country segment content (technical prescriptions, digital content), supporting customer data integrity, and overseeing digital marketing efforts.
They own the segment lead management process, including lead generation, follow-up with sales, and continuous improvement.
They define and implement partner strategies with third-party companies and deploy relevant partner programs.
They own local segment events.
They manage segment media buying campaigns, including strategy, content localization, production, and ROI analysis.
They serve as the PR spokesperson for the targeted segment.
They drive content localization on country site pages and implement segment SEO strategies.
They manage the segment’s local budget in coordination with the marketing manager.
