Yard Reaas S.p.A. - Building Manager (Partita IVA)

Yard Reaas S.p.A., leader in Italy in real estate consulting and integrated property services management, is seeking a Building Manager on a freelance basis (partita IVA) for its Rome office. The candidate will report to the Building Management Supervisor.

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

1. Manage technical and maintenance aspects of commercial, residential, and office assets;
2. Coordinate various technical interventions related to properties;
3. Plan and oversee routine and extraordinary maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems;
4. Monitor the overall condition of the properties;
5. Manage relationships with service providers and clients;
6. Bring at least 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate Property/Building sector;
7. Hold a degree in technical/economic disciplines (Economics, Engineering, Architecture) or a technical secondary school diploma (Surveyor);
8. Knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in English are preferred.
