Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, including plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property management.

Repair and maintain building fixtures, equipment, and structures.

Troubleshoot issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Conduct regular cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff and contractors to coordinate larger repairs and projects.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a building maintenance worker or similar role.

Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Proficiency in carpentry, painting, and other repair skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
