Position : BSA | Marketing Specialist

As a leading company in the cyber security sector for defense and public administration, negg Group is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the definition and implementation of the company’s communication strategies.

Responsibilities :

Marketing strategy and planning :

• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular reports to the marketing team and company management;
• Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement both short-term and long-term marketing objectives aligned with business goals;
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, and social media campaigns;
• Review and interpret consumer data to identify marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness;

Content creation and brand management :

Create press releases, blog articles, email campaigns, and social media updates;

Ensure consistent brand communication across all channels, maintaining the company’s tone, style, and voice;

Collaborate closely with the in-house design team to produce visual materials (infographics and marketing videos);

Oversee the production of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, promotional videos, and more.

Requirements :

Degree in Marketing & Communication;

Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role;

Experience with WordPress;

Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

In-depth knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics;

Experience in creating and managing social media marketing campaigns;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.

Location : HQ : Rome (city center) + Remote Working
