A leading company is seeking a Broker Relationship Manager to strengthen client relationships and support business development in Italy. This role includes managing client accounts, enhancing partnerships, and leveraging data to anticipate customer needs. Ideal candidates will possess strong insurance industry knowledge and a customer-centric mindset, allowing them to act as brand ambassadors.
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and energized professional to contribute to our market strategy approach, developing and executing the go-to-market proposition of AXA XL in Italy together with the Distribution team. In this highly market-facing role, your key mission is nourishing partnerships with clients and brokers to support business development, while providing high-profile client relationship management. As a Broker Relationship Manager, you will manage the ongoing commercial client portfolio, retain, renew, and build partnerships, acting as the intermediary between clients and Underwriting and Operations teams.

The Broker Relationship Manager is responsible for :
Independently managing accounts by coordinating all services, maintaining and enhancing the company’s relationships with existing and new clients through proactive and ongoing contact initiatives.
Proactively maintaining partnership with the underwriting department by keeping them informed of pertinent account information.
You will report to the Head of Distribution & Market Strategy, Italy.
