Job summary

The Member Company seeks a Broadcast Systems Support Engineer in Lombardia, Italy. You will install, configure, test, and maintain video distribution platforms, collaborating with clients and internal teams to design solutions and ensure robust operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, supporting on-call rotations, and engaging with international suppliers to deepen knowledge of technologies and portfolio offerings for digital television systems and content delivery.

• Support clients, technical specialists, Pre-Sales, and Project Managers in managing activities and reporting on the interventions carried out.
• Contribute to designing video solutions and architectures for new and existing clients, providing technical consultancy on digital television systems and content distribution.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain broadcast systems, hardware components, software, and accessory devices.
• Diagnose issues and provide technical support for video systems, progressively entering the on-call service once full operational autonomy is achieved.
• Collaborate with international suppliers, participating in online courses and seminars to deepen knowledge of technologies and portfolio solutions.
• Participate in technical meetings with prospects, clients, and partners, contributing to the analysis of needs and the definition of solutions.
