Breakfast & Pool Bar Attendant - Relais&Chateaux Villa della Pergola, Savona

Savona, Italy

-Location: Alassio (SV), Riviera Ligure, Italy

-Single morning shift (7:00/8:00 – 15:00/16:00)

-One day off per week

-Seasonal contract (with possibility of extension or permanent placement)

Role Description

Relais & Châteaux Villa della Pergola, an iconic historic residence overlooking the Gulf of Alassio, is seeking a motivated professional to join the F&B team in a hybrid role involving breakfast service and management of the pool bar “Casa Nirvana”, our exclusive lounge with views of Isola Gallinara and an infinity pool facing the sea.

The ideal candidate will assist with breakfast service in the first part of the shift and then support the Bar Manager at the pool bar, providing a relaxed yet refined experience for our guests.

Main Responsibilities

• Breakfast service (coffee, order taking, mise en place, and clearing)
• Maintaining service standards in a luxury setting
• Assisting in cocktail preparation in pre-batch
• Poolside bar service with light lunch and wine selection
• Proposing beverages and autonomously managing orders
• Maintaining order and complying with HACCP standards
