Define brand development strategy based on a solid understanding of user, market, and competition.
Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans, collaborating with marketing-related functions to execute these plans, including creative, advertising, PR, social media, and EDM.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to determine the resources needed to achieve brand goals.
Guide the creation of high-quality and effective marketing materials that align with the overall brand strategy.
Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities that fit the brand and maximize growth potential.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a brand or marketing manager.
Experience in both traditional and digital marketing within the Italy or Western European markets is a plus.
Passionate about building brands from the ground up.
Strong data analysis skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or higher.
