• Supports the Head of Visual Merchandising Design in creating seasonal display guidelines.
• Organizes Visual Merchandising books and ensures brand identity is maintained.
• Organizes shop windows and merchandising installations.
• Develops training activities to transfer company logic and visual merchandising techniques.
• Drafts exhibition guidelines for points of sale.
• Designs and delivers general and visual training for each project.
• Creates setups for internal product presentations.
• Promotes role learning through team and digital activities to boost efficiency.
• Encourages use of digital technologies in process management and stakeholder relations.
