Join the A2A team as a Brand Strategist (contracted). The role is located in Rome – Via San Silvestro and is part of the Brand Strategy, Advertising, Cultural Projects, Video & Events team. The position is a temporary contract that focuses on guiding the group's communications to promote the company image in line with the vision and mission.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze the positioning of the A2A Life Company brand, identifying growth opportunities and improvements.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends and cultural tensions, translating the data into strategic insights.
  • Update the brand and communication strategy of the group periodically, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define guidelines for brand identity and brand personality.
  • Define communication KPIs and produce periodic reports.
  • Manage cross‑channel strategic projects, brand activations and cultural positioning initiatives.
  • Review texts and materials to guarantee consistency with the tone of voice and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master in humanities (letters, art history, philosophy, sociology), marketing, communication or related disciplines.
  • Consolidated experience in Brand/Communication Strategist or Copywriter roles in environments closely linked to creative and project teams.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Service Design, co‑design methodologies.
  • Experience with collaboration and design tools (Notion, Figma, Miro, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills: read, interpret texts and data, structure them into maps or schemes, and present them clearly.
  • Excellent writing skills, sensitivity to tone of voice and linguistic nuances.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and the Office suite, able to create effective and attractive presentations.
  • Excellent knowledge of written English.
  • Soft skills: analytical capacity, writing, critical thinking, autonomy, collaborative spirit, communication, problem solving, proactivism, intellectual curiosity and work organization.
